We provide tennis instruction and related services, including:

  • Personal coaching sessions
  • Group classes
  • Community programs
  • Tennis equipment recommendations
  • Court reservations

Registration and Booking

When registering for our services:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to book services, or have parent/guardian consent
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

Payment Terms

Our payment terms include:

  • All fees are due at the time of booking
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Refunds are available according to our cancellation policy
  • We accept major credit cards and electronic payments

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Full charge applies for no-shows
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled
  • Emergency situations handled on a case-by-case basis

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

  • Respect other participants and staff
  • Wear appropriate tennis attire and footwear
  • Maintain court etiquette and sportsmanship

Liability and Waiver

By participating in our services:

  • You acknowledge the inherent risks in athletic activities
  • You agree to follow safety instructions
  • You release us from liability for ordinary negligence
  • You maintain appropriate health/accident insurance

Changes to Terms
